As Houstonians, we know our city is full of heart. From the energy corridor to the East End, from Midtown to the Heights — when hardship strikes, Houston comes together.
This past winter has tested many families in our community. Rising energy costs, job instability, and extreme weather have pushed thousands of Houston residents to the breaking point. But here at The Polish Way, we’ve seen something remarkable: the generosity, resilience, and compassion of this city shining through.
Community in Action
Thanks to our incredible volunteers and donors, we were able to serve over 2,000 families this winter season with food, clothing, and emergency support. Our housing assistance program helped 47 families secure stable housing in the first quarter of the year.
Looking ahead, we are expanding our programs and reaching more neighborhoods. Want to be part of the story? Join us as a volunteer or support our campaigns.
